There is a service fee of $4.95 for payments with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit card or ATM card with the “STAR”, “NYCE’ for “Pulse” networks. While you will be paying your PPL Gas account, the full amount of the fee is passed to BillMatrix as the provider of this telephone payment service.
