LIHEAP

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is funded by the federal government and administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. LIHEAP protects families from utility shutoffs and loss of home heating. PPL Gas Utilities refers qualifying customers to apply for LIHEAP grants. Applications are available from mid-November through March.
