The advantages are about the same as ABP, but you choose when and what amount you want to pay each month. Check with your financial institution for details about pay-by-phone. Paying by personal computer (PC) gives you the same advantages as pay-by-phone. You must contact your financial institution or a retail computer store about the software needed to pay by PC.
